Its all in the details...

We just got all of our amazing photos from our incredibly talented photographer and friend Jessica. (Shameless Plug) Do yourself a favor and hire her if you are in need of an amazing photographer. https://jessicalynn-photo.com/

There are so many photos I loved and want to share them all with you so I will blog about EVERY aspect of the day :) I want to start with the details because I spent so much time and energy planning and designing our day that I am just so in love with how it all turned out.

stationary

I couldn't wrap my head around how expensive stationary is. Probably because what I wanted for stationary was so simple that it didn't make sense to spend so much money on them. So I am pretty dang proud of all of the things I was able to design and create.

FLORALS

I cant thank Will Boettcher and the whole Studio Mangata team for these beauties. I think flowers were one thing I totally let the vendor handle. I shared inspo pics of colors and such but really let Will own the space. With putting all my trust in Will's hands I kind of just let that be and did not allow it to stress me out, which is very refreshing.

I cant even tell you guys how much my jaw dropped after seeing these. Top 3 if not TOP TOP of my favorite things of the day. Thank you so much Will!!!

THE CAKE

I never really put that much thought into cake or deserts for the wedding just cause although I LOVE CANDY I am not much of a dessert kind of girl. Thankfully my sister is a pastry chef and really helped me figure out what I wanted, (which I so desperately needed) Shout out to Charmaine Macrohon @cmaine.m

We ended up doing two cakes, because they were that amazing!

The Bride & Groom was her signature cake:

Vanilla bean cake, vanilla bean frosting with passion fruit cremeux, vanilla pineapple compote and a white chocolate crunch.

Guests cake: Vanilla cake and vanilla bean frosting with fresh mixed berry filling and vanilla custard.

Lastly, Big thanks to Paola and her team at Say I Do to Details for bringing my vision to life! Its hard when you. plan everything to the tee and you cant execute and you have to hand off a years (and some) work and pray everything will turn out like you imagined. Paola and her team made that transition easy and it turned out absolutely amazing!
